   FIFA licensed players' agent, John Olatunji Shittu has called on the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC to investigate the allegation that certain members of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF interview panel asked former England manager, Glen Hoddle to part with $500,000 before he could be considered for the then vacant post of Super Eagles technical adviser.

   The best goalkeeper in the last year edition of Copa Coca-Cola Master Adeleye Damilare has expressed his gratitude to his parent for the support given to him when Coca-Cola took them to South Africa to compete in the Africa Copa Coca-Cola tournament. Speaking about his experience, Damilare said that at the beginning it was tough for him as both his parent were indifferent to his ambition to become a professional footballer.

   Uganda Cranes goalkeeper Hamza Muwonge was yesterday released from police custody after one night of incarceration. Muwonge reached an out- of-court settlement with his accuser Richard Bisherurwa, the Police director of human resource. The shot-stopper was arrested on Monday from his home in Kikumbi Zone, Zzana, along the Kampala-Entebbe highway on allegations of assault, malicious damage and criminal trespass.
